Before your consultation, you will receive a questionnaire where you can share your goals, concerns, and any specific questions you would like addressed. Understanding what matters most to you allows me to tailor the consultation and provide practical recommendations that are aligned with your home, lifestyle, and aspirations.

I will require some information about your property and the people who live there. Please provide a copy of your home’s floor plan. If you are planning a new build, a preliminary architectural plan is sufficient. I will also need the property’s full address or, for new construction, a site survey or plot plan showing the property’s orientation and north direction. Please include the year the property was built, move-in date together with the year and scope of any major renovations that have been completed.

Photographs and a short video of both the interior and exterior of the property will help me better understand the layout, surroundings, and overall flow of the space. I will also require the birth dates of all occupants, their professions, and the total living area in
square metres, excluding balconies and terraces.

This information is essential for preparing a thorough and accurate Feng Shui assessment. Once I have reviewed the details, I will confirm the consultation fee for bigger projects and reserve a suitable appointment for you. Every consultation is individually tailored to the client’s unique circumstances, so the scope, cost, and time required may vary depending on the size of the property and the complexity of the analysis.
